Scope of Application
This intelligent lithium battery outdoor integrated cabinet is specially designed for outdoor wireless communication base stations, including 4G and 5G base stations.
It is widely used in outdoor communication sites, small commercial power scenarios, remote areas, and harsh environments such as high or low temperature, sandstorm, and humid conditions.
It provides peak shaving and valley filling, uninterrupted backup power, sector power control, energy saving, and secure outdoor power supply for stable and reliable operation.

Cabinet Introduction
This intelligent lithium battery outdoor integrated cabinet adopts a highly integrated, prefabricated, pre-assembled and pre-commissioned structure for fast on-site deployment. It is equipped with a night maintenance light, power lightning protection, oil machine power supply circuit breaker, aviation socket, 220V AC power socket, air filtration and circulation system, pull type optical fiber box, fiber inlet/outlet and fiber management frame.
The cabinet supports plug and play battery modules for easy maintenance and emergency replacement between nearby sites. It provides reserved space for extended battery packs, BBU and DCDU. With fully enclosed space, negative pressure exhaust and positive pressure air supply, it realizes clean air circulation and automatic dust removal.
The cabinet adopts front and rear anti pry doors with identity recognition, remote control and photo upload functions to ensure security. It integrates complete power supply, temperature control, air management, anti theft, energy saving and environmental monitoring systems to provide a stable and reliable outdoor power supply solution.

2 Incoming Inspection
Incoming material inspection is conducted based on the "Metal Parts Inspection Standard," "Plastic Parts Inspection Standard," "Electronic Parts Inspection Standard," "Auxiliary Materials Inspection Standard," and the GB/T 2828.1-2012 Sampling Inspection Procedure.
3 Finished Products Inspection
1) Routine test
Routine inspection is a 100% inspection conducted at the final stage of production on products from the production line. After inspection, no further processing is done, except for packaging and labeling.
2) Sampling test
Sampling inspection is performed according to the GB/T 2828.1 sampling standard.
3) Acceptance test
Verification inspection is a sampling inspection conducted to ensure that the product continues to meet the standard requirements. Verification inspection should be carried out according to the procedures and frequency specified by the standard.
