R&D and Laboratory

Introduction to the Laboratory

CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) is China’s only national accreditation body, authorized by the State Administration for Market Regulation to assess and accredit certification bodies, laboratories and inspection agencies.
As a full member of ILAC and APAC, CNAS has signed international mutual recognition arrangements, ensuring test results are accepted worldwide – “one test, global recognition”.
CNAS accreditation strictly follows ISO/IEC 17025:2017, implemented domestically as CNAS-CL01, fully aligned with international standards.

Manufacturing Kanban System

Manufacturing Kanban System

To enhance the transparency and response efficiency of workshop production management, it is necessary to construct a production and quality data visualization cockpit oriented to workshops, teams and production lines. By centrally summarizing and visually presenting core indicators such as production plan completion rate, production efficiency, patrol inspection abnormalities and incoming inspection results, the cockpit enables real-time oversight of production status and immediate perception of quality anomalies, thereby providing intuitive and reliable data support for on-site management, quality control and production decision-making.

PLM-SYSTEM

Xiamen Taihang Technology Co., Ltd. leverages a PLM system to enable full-lifecycle management of products, covering R&D, design, process planning, production and disposal with real-time visibility.
It centralizes product data, process control, change traceability and compliance management, ensuring transparent data, trackable changes and data-driven decisions.
This greatly improves R&D efficiency, strengthens quality control, reduces costs, and empowers intelligent manufacturing transformation.
